Spring has found the Rockingham Springs Arboretum. Come down and view the show. The wildflowers are blooming - Virginia Blue Bells, Wild Geranium, Spring Beauty, Swamp Marigold, Star Chickweed, Trilliums and more. And, a walk in our woods means even more, with the trees labeled. USED BOOK SALE ---- Rockingham Springs Arboretum Saturday, May 25, 2013 - from 10 am – 6:45 pm Sunday, May 26, 2013 - from 12 - 5 pm at Hopkins Cabin Volunteers are welcome and needed! Please call Liz or Allen at 540-289-9382 if you are available to work at any of the above times, or to organize and clean up at other times, especially on May 27th. Donations of books, magazines, CDs and DVDs are welcome. Items may be dropped off at Hopkins Cabin on Saturday, May 18th 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 22nd 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Please contact Liz or Allen Brown at 540-289-9382 if you need to drop off at another time. - Recycling Holiday Schedule

Trash and Recycling Holiday Schedule • Trash pickup will be on Monday, May 27th • Dumpster pickup will be on Tuesday, May 28th • Recycling will be picked up on Tuesday, May 28th - Long Range Planning Committee

The Architectural and Ecological Control Committee will hold its monthly meeting in the MPOA meeting room starting at 7:00 PM. The plans for this meeting are due in the MPOA office by 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 30, 2013.

Welcome to the Massanutten Village Owners Main Page. Please browse the site for complete information on our services and some good general information about Massanutten Village. Massanutten Property Owners Association (or MPOA) has been serving the Massanutten Village community since 1971.
We are the primary voice for over 1000 owners of single-family houses located within the confines of Massanutten Village. In many of our activities we coordinate with Great Eastern Resort Management Corporation which operates some 1000 timeshare units and resort amenities including a winter sports complex and two 18 hole golf courses.
MPOA provides services to owners that include approval of changes to homes and compliance inspection for community covenants. We provide police and security service and operate several amenities for property owners including an MPOA community swimming pool.
